G&G High-Speed Agitators operate directly coupled to the motor (750 to 3000 RPM), generating the necessary shear force
to dissolve solids and mix low-viscosity fluids in small to medium tanks (up to 10 m³).
🏭 Fixed Mount (Flange/Plate)
Designed for permanent installation in open or closed tanks. Ideal for continuous processes requiring 24/7 operation.

Critical Applications in Water Treatment
⚡ Flash Mixing (Coagulation)
High-speed injection of coagulant (FeCl3, Alum) requires massive turbulence to destabilize colloids in less than 1 second. Our marine propellers are designed to maximize the G-Value (Velocity Gradient).
🧪 Reagent Preparation
Dissolving polymers, preparing lime milk (Ca(OH)2), or blending urea. We use specific impellers (Sawtooth / Cowles) for hard-to-wet powders.
